(VersaTrac® 27 Series)
The VersaTrac 27® Series casters provide solutions to a wide range of institutional and industrial
applications. This caster is available in multiple styles and sizes. The VersaTrac 27® Series is
offered in numerous top plates and stem choices and is available with multiple wheel combinations.
This is a very durable caster that includes extra thick material in the top plate, yoke and raceways.
These casters are used extensively in general industry, food service and food processing equipment,
medical equipment, laboratory, residential, hotel, industrial and manufacturing applications. The
VersaTrac 27® is heat treated for extended service life and comes standard with a metal dust
shield. This series provides the ultimate in value at very competitive prices. |

(46 Series)
The 46 Series Casters are heat treated and recommended in medium to medium heavy duty applications.
These are the mainstay in industrial caster applications. |

Section

Cold formed top plate, yoke and button are all heat treated to prevent brinelling, improve swivel action and increase service life.
Load and thrust bearings are hardened and ground and rotate on hardened raceways. Top plate and legs are 1/4” steel, legs
formed for increased strength and continuously welded to yoke. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for
field maintenance. RWM lubricates all swivel sections prior to shipment. Notched yokes are standard. |

RWM’s 75 Series caster features the patented Kingpinless™ design. The 75 Series is recommended
for the most demanding applications and is available with up to 3” wheels for higher
capacity applications. All swivel sections are supplied with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance.
The 75 series is case hardened to provide long service. It will not crack like through
hardened or induction hardened construction provided by other caster manufacturers. |
