Albion DC Series casters are ideal for the institutional markets. These models include custom interlocking thread guards and non-marking wheels.

Shopping Cart Casters (02 Series)

Standard 5" size casters with choice of threaded stem or square stem mount. Wheels are polyurethane tread on polypropylene core and feature standard blue color with grey core.

New Ultimate™ X-tra soft replacement wheels are also available. These wheels provide quieter operation, easier rollability and better shock resistance than the standard polyurethane on polypropylene wheels.

Priority™ Air Cargo Casters (03 Series)

The Priority Premier models are built to exceptional manufacturing standards. The wheel and swivel assembly feature sealed precision ball bearings for longer life and smoother operation even in the harshest conditions.

The Priority models feature a white nylon wheel with a sealed precision bearing. The swivel section also features a sealed precision bearing for easier swivel action.

When cost is a factor, Priority Economy casters deliver. These casters feature black polypropylene wheels that give you dependability on a budget.

For light-duty applications where frequent washdowns are necessary. Ideally suited for applications exposed to cleaning agents, steam, caustic solutions, or other corrosive agents which could cause rust or corrosion.

This caster is the ideal solution for applications where frequent washdowns are necessary. The 05 caster is also well suited for applications exposed to cleaning agents, steam, caustic solutions, or other corrosive agents which could cause rust.

Medium Heavy Duty Casters (16 Series)

16 series casters are cold forged, heat treated steel and recommended for medium to medium heavy duty applications. This series provides the lightest load capacities in its category with 1/4" thick legs.

Extra Heavy Duty Spring-Loaded Casters (44 Series)

Designed with greater load capacity than our 40 and 42 series, this series protects from damaging shocks or unwanted vibration and movement. Noise levels are reduced through the dampening effect of these casters.

Heavy Duty Casters (62 Series)

Manufactured from cold forged steel, this popular series is recommended for heavy duty applications. A heat treated king bolt and nut ensure longer caster life.

Aviation Ground Equipment Casters (298 Series)

Designed to meet the varied needs of the aviation ground support equipment industry, the 298 series sets the standards. Constructed with an oscillating, compensating wheel axle and cushion suspension leveling, these casters can stand up to even the most rigorous conditions. All optional features can be installed at the factory without an increase to order lead time. A spring assembly can be retrofitted at a later date by returning the caster to Albion. The swivel lock and face contact brake are field installable.

This dual wheel caster has been designed with features tailored to meet the varied needs of the aviation ground support equipment industry. Equally at home in other extremely abusive and rugged applications.

Floor Lock – Standard (LF Series)

Designed to hold portable equipment at a desired location. Intended for use on level surfaces. Floor lock is activated by toe pressure on the extension pedal or released by toe touching one of the dual retractable plates. The large non-skid brake pad, under high spring compression, holds the portable piece of equipment until released. For best results, units should be used in pairs.

Floor Lock – Cast Iron (LF Series)

This lock lets you immobilize equipment in any desired location, but does not interfere with its movement when not in use. Platform trucks, fixture dollies or other castered items can be locked in place by a simple press of the foot. Locking action is created when a large, round friction face of nearly 10 sq. inches in area is pressed against the floor with the force of 70 to 100 lbs. This position lock does not lift equipment.
